- BBO handles all returns of merchandise due to incorrect catalog numbers, receipt of wrong items, or items damaged during shipment.
- BBO is an administrator of UPS Campus Ship site.
- BBO assists with shipping items through Fed-Ex, UPS or DHL.
- BBO deliverer makes sure all packages are delivered daily to correct labs or offices in a timely manner.
- BBO will track items if there are problems with shipping and receiving.
- BBO is authorized to sign for packages delivered to the office and loading dock..
