The Division of Biology Field Station

The Station, along with 17 acres, was donated to the Division of Biology in 1999.  It is located in Gatlinburg, Tenn. in the Greenbrier area.  After an extensive renovation process, it is ready for use.  The Station is composed of three separate buildings.  The buildings can be reserved as needed for the size of group involved.

Reservation

The Botany Field Station is available for use by University faculty and staff as well as:

• Staff retreats
• Visiting faculty
• Graduate Students
• Departmental retreats
• Laboratory Staff retreats
• Faculty-led student field trips
• Other uses as approved by the Division of Biology

The Availability Calendar is kept by the BSF office.
