Welcome to the Division of Biology!

The Division of Biology grants undergraduate degrees in Biology with concentrations in the following areas:

General Biology – Introductory biology courses for non-majors (Biology 101/102 or 111/112) and for majors (Biology 111/112, 130/140, 240 and 250) are managed by General Biology.  Majors must complete a core set of courses through General Biology for advancement to most upper-level courses.

There are also graduate degrees programs in BCMB, EEB, and Microbiology, as well as the UT-ORNL Graduate School for Genome Science and Technology (GST).
