The MBRF is a self-supporting core facility specializing in the analysis of DNA using Applied Biosystems’ 3730 and 3100 capillary electrophoresis DNA analyzers. The lab has two working “speed-vacs” and several thermal-cyclers available for use by anyone when necessary.
