- Complete Graduate School application
- Send official GRE scores to the Graduate School
- Send official college transcript(s) to the Graduate School
- Pay the $35 application fee
- Complete Department of Microbiology application and submit directly to the department
- Have 3 letters of recommendation submitted directly to the department
- Complete Application for Graduate Teaching Assistantship and submit directly to the department.
