Application for Admission to Microbiology Graduate Training

  1. Submit this form directly to the Department of Microbiology by using the buttons at the end.
  2. Mail three letters of reference from professors, instructors, or employers to the Department of Microbiology.
  3. The following items must be sent directly to the Graduate School.
    1. The Graduate Application for Admission that is available online (or bound inside the Graduate School Catalog);
    2. A $35.00 nonrefundable application fee;
    3. One official transcript of all college work;
    4. Official results of the Graduate Record Examination (Quantitative and Verbal are required; Advanced is optional
